I would change the spark plugs i find cleaning them makes no diffrence it not that it could be the coilpack. -

How to remove door pins?

My door was making that clunging noise i then noticed that what the door strap actually is attached to inside my door had snapped off so what i did was simpley undone the bolt which is visible in the door shut and jus removed it you do have to keep turning the bolt it does seem never ending. Hope this helps -

No i did not fit them i had it done by a garage, i have a good idea how to remove the its just i want to be certain its correct l. -
Can anyone give me a step by step order on how to remove my rear adjusters please?? Thanks

Hi aaron, i dont have a clue what make rotary it is i had it off my brother who said he bought it off an autosmart van that comes around our area? And i dont know what sort of backing plate it has either. Im jus thinking of letting a proffesional do it tbh but id like to have a go myself.
