  1. If you arrange a courier I'll give you everything in the picture for 35 plus whatever the courier costs are
  2. I would imagine the hub are the same, collection only sorry.
  3. Mounts you can have for £5.00 if you collect, rear set up £30 collected. Gti discs £10 Thanks David
  4. Clearing out the garage so got all these bits to get rid of. Make a reasonable offer and its all yours, collection only. Rear Caliper's, Sport Rear Discs and shields, Sport Rear Hubs, Sport Rear Stub Axles, GTI Front Discs, Lupo Sport Clutch, Rear Brake Light. Sport Exhaust Mounts Discs have almost no wear, clutch was removed from a sport with 20k miles so has loads of like left in it.
  5. my sport used have problems with the windows, when you stopped the car and took the keys out the ignition the drivers window would go down unless you kept the sidelights on then took the keys out and turned the sidelights off last. Has anyone else ever had this ? Dave
  6. both i would assume are very reliable but i would much rather have the GTi
  7. the VW garage know they will get the money for it so they wont budge on price so im just gonna move on and forget about it. I would have loved that car with that spec but i just dont think its worth losing ££££'s over. Hopefully a good one comes my way soon as im starting to get impatient
  8. i have decided not to bother entertaining there daylight robbery scam it has everything i want in a GTI e.g. leather aircon low miles nice colour jst the price is a joke jst need to keep looking i suppose. Dave
  9. yeah thats what i said on the phone and the guy basically said, becuase of its spec, colour and age we wont sell it for much less than £11290, i thought £10500 was a decent offer but looks like ill need to offer somewhere close to £11000 ill need to have a good think about it. Dave
  10. Yeah laser blue replaced raveen blue, i think this must be one of the last GTi's produced. Laser Blue is slightly Darker than Raveen Blue, i love the colour but not keen on the price Dave
  11. Im seriously considering going to see this Laser Blue GTi in London, i think its a bit highly priced but might just be me. What i really want to know is what would this car be selling for if it was private. ill list the spec below. Dealer Price:£11290 Age: 2005/55 Colour: Laser Blue Mileage: 16000 Previous Owners: 1 Full Service history, Leather interior with heated front seats, aircon and six disc changer are the optional extras. I phoned today and offered them £10500 and they told me they wont sell the car for this, i really like this car but dont want to buy a car and lose a fortune on it if i go to sell it in the next few years. Cheers Dave
  12. seen that bodykit for sale on ebay and thought to myself surely nobody in the right mind would buy that....looks like i was wrong
  13. brilliant job mate, i plan on doing this sometime in the next few years. Is it pretty straight forward? i think mounting the engine would be easy just the wiring that scares me lol! Does the car still corner as well or does the extra weight upfront upset the cars balance? Cheers Dave
  14. i had to change the clutch on my sport, if you are mechanicaly minded and you have a manual of some sort you will be fine. You can buy an electronic manual from ebay thats what i used its supposedly the same manual that VW use. Its alot less hassle putting it into a garage tho. Dave
  15. i have taken a fabia vrs out on a test drive before, was very close to buyin one but ended up gettin a GTi instead. The handling, brakes and interior finish was not as good with the vrs. Speed wise i would say the vrs standard is about the same as a GTi. Both Very Good Cars IMHO Dave
  16. lupo gti is faster than a 106 gti not much in it tho, i would go with a lupo GTi everytime would even consider a 106 the quality just isnt there and common as muk. But everyone has their own opinion. Dave
  17. Dandrea's in Kilmarnock, best place i have ever used, he aint cheap but you will struggle to get a better job.
  18. ATS 8X15 Et18 4 X 100 on the rear and which ever offset in 7x15 is best for the front wither ET28 or ET20 ATS 7x15 Et28 4 X 100 ATS 7X15 Et20 4 X 100
  19. was thinking about gettin a set fitted onto my car along with some coilovers, was thinking about putting 8" wide on the back and 7" wide on the front. Does anyone know if they will clear the arches? Cheers Dave
  20. the gti is far faster than the sport, handles far better, and just feels better to drive. When i was selling my lupo sport i took a viewer out in it and couldnt believe the difference compared to ma new GTi. The difference through the gears is huge. Hope this helps, Dave
  21. they both look great but i would go with the bbs, the bbs wheels suit ur car perfectly Dave
  22. i would be interested if i could see some pictures Dave
  23. my mate has one and its marginally faster than mine, sit in a gti and you will find it comfortable and quiet. sit in his and ull hear rattles, squeeks and everythin looks flimsy. The GTi is far superior not to mention far less common than a saxo
  24. some great pics there bud, i arrived as everyone was leavin. i had alot to do on sunday so ending up appearing when the show was coming to an end. I spotted most of the lupos and your arosa! looking very nice! ill try be on time next year lol
