As your thinking of doing this on the cheap, I'm assuming your not planning on telling your insurers about it. Why would it be "a laugh" to stick a loud exhaust on your car to drive to Germany with? Would it not be a better idea to spend you money on something that will actually be beneficial to your trip? Like maps, petrol and what not.

Just line up the throttle body and the others will just go into the nearest place for them, two looks broken though and 6 is just a screw holding the filter cover on.

try giving the bolts a quick tighten first, that sorted mine

15" is probably the biggest I'd go on anything other than a gti. As said though you need to know the width of the wheel before we can reccomend tyres

You can just get a custom exhaust shop to straight though the cat underneath the car but your car won't pass it's mot without it

Do you mean hub caps? Centre caps are the part that covers the bolts on an alloy wheel
