ok, bringing back out the old thread because im gonna order my car in the next couple of weeks still undecided weather to go for the petrol or diesel iv decided to get a new fiesta zetec s and im leaning towards the derv. DIESEL pros- cheaper to run (tax, insure, fuel), slightly more discount, get a little feeling of speed at 1800rpm (torque style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> ) cons- ford TDCI's are prone to quite lound diesel knock (my college teacher says there is a way to cure it but it involves stripping the head), people will say 'oh its a diesel' PETROL pros- its faster off the mark, sounds nicer, shorter wait after ordering cons- its faster off the mark, more to run, imo a bit flat and dissapointing for a 1.6 (slower than a lupo sport to 70 on the ring road), i know 3 people who have one. one of the main reasons im going for a zetec s is the extra discount i get- looking at current ebay/autotrader prices i can get one, own it for 2 years and sell it for what i paid (pretty much). and off the record sales will help fund things like ford lowering springs and tints as long as i keep ford number plates and sticker in the back window. can anyone help me make up my mind?? im **** at decision making, and this is a big one.

dunno what the big fuss is about. for my mates 21st we all went to club creme, he took his wife (it was her idea) most of my mates and their o/h's came. even found one of their ex's as a dancer there style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> we've also been with just the boys, everyone told their o/h (one of them even told his o/h's identical twin by mistake style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> ) iv got myself free entry, free drinks and a free 'lift home' from one of the dancers in platinum club promised after doin some bits n bobs for her.. but shes gotta be twice my age so im debating it.

same with me, me and all my mates have nicknames that some people would find 'racist', my collegues call me by it too. i have no problem with it at all and they have their own respective nicknames. it all comes down to a.) how well the person knows you b.) if you have a sense of humor c.) how (imo) sad you and the people around you are. (and i mean sad as in 'loser' not unhappy) and in the big brother situation, they were strangers, they evidently cant take a joke and to go on celeb big brother (imo) you're pretty sad although i still dont think the bits i saw were racist

i like the idea of one in bath- im close enough to go without planning it yet far enough to not experience the downsides style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> iv been a few times for the architecture and roman baths, but its not something i want to do again and again. could be good in the summer- go to bath (victoria) park for the day, eat, gamble, go to town, hotel, then gamble, shop and go home style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

i thought that too; mind you they had a garenteed audience to see the hammond crash so they didnt need to make it good. hopefully next week will be back to normal also i agree about the celebrity thing - no need. its ok when they get somebody whos actually interested in their cars, but when they have geusts just because theyre famous it goes a bit too off topic

surely not!!! the others ou can see people have done stupid stuff and just tried to blag some money out of it but i dont believe that last one, sorry.

mine did ^^^ as standard (unless a previous owner fitted mentioned unit) did the others after i had my alarm fitted

iv been working for ford since june last 05 and in that time iv fitted 3 wrong plates but realised before handover and had several cars back in for service/MOT and found them with the wrong plate then why would it be on the ford national computer system?? im gonna call up about it on friday- my mum dosent seem to think it matters much so she isnt doing anything herself, and im at college at the mo so cant do anyting till im back

i saw this coming. im not gonna say wot i did was right, but 8 blokes with bats saying get out. i wasnt gonna argue, and definetly not leave my car so i went to the exit, and parked in the carpark next door. less than a km

went on holiday to newquay. arrived at campsite 11.30pm kicked off 3am drink-drived to morrisons (closest carpark) iv got a pic of how we slept for 4 nights but i cant find it now. it will be up tomorrow (pretty funny image)

a form of gypsy. gypsies (in general) keep themselves to themselves and roam about camping. - i have no qualms with these fellows i can see a pikey camp from my window, they run riot robbing at every opportunity, chasing young children and generally being the scum of the earth. if i could wipe out 1 race it would be the pikeys.

fleeing the scene aint really an option when theres a young girl bleeding on the floor. the upside is, as you say, you can wait till the bloke is released and settle it properly. the police have been in contact with me about my crosser being stolen- asked if i want to take time of work to travel to newport (at my own expense), to partake in an ID parade. So i drive there, pay the toll at the bridge, say "it was him" then his mate waiting outside says to him later "it was the asian kiddy from bristol." then 2weeks later while hes inbetween his 6hrs of community service he comes and dos my house over style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":confused:" border="0" alt="confused.gif" /> im not gonna do that, he knows where me and my family live. that makes him safe as far as im concerned.

on mine i removed the fogs and just put the indicator unit in their place. it isnt a perfect fit, they are bigger so sit recessed in. no problems with bulbs blowing though

also notice how scotland didnt complain/stay indoors all week because of it. any change in climate and England seems to come to a halt. at work whenever somebody opens a door to get a car in/out paperwork flies everywhere, buckets get blown about, internal doors swing open blowing more paperwork, and any draining oil ends up on the wall, floor and apprentices style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

fuss over nothing. somebody didnt likes someone on BB, them and their 'crew' slag unliked person off. hasent this happned in every BB? and regarding the jade - thick comments. thats jelousy from everyone on here. she's clearly nothing special but shes done F-ing well for herself. fair play, i wish i was that lucky.
