It came in about the time you needed to start using vehicle docs to get a plate, i believe the reason is because you used to make them by using an adhesive plate with adhesive letters and numbers stuck on which meant it was too easy to remove or re-order a letter.

Well it looks as thought the GT is pegged at 115bhp and the weight will be about 900kg so it should be fairly nippy. It looks quite nice to boot.

Having owned a 1.7 Puma id be very careful the engines arnt fragile as such but if they have been abused or neglected you can spend hundreds or more putting them right. Since you dont know the history of the engine id take a pass on it.

Looks like VW let the cat out of the bag a little early on the new Lupo/Fox successor and it looks like VW have stuck with the Up! name and not brought back the Lupo badge.
