If you pull the foam cover of under the passenger side, the resistor is under there I think. -

What would postage be on the sub and amp? -
If it's not the underdash cup holders but the in-dash ones. Then just grab them from the back and pull :-)

Yes, it's the same setup i'm using on mine. Pretty sure it's the standard one too.
