Surrounded by the things every day (work in a Fiat dealer) just got in the tasty (not!) new Panda Sporting, complete with bodykit and.....wait for it.......some Dodge Viper style stripes. All powered by a meaty 1.3 multijet diesel!!!!!!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  5. Just had a look and i'm not seeing them.....not genuine V.W ones anyway.

  7. After seeing the recent shopped lupo in the style of the General Lee (very cool) i got thinking. After seeing a kids toy Scooby-Doo van (the mystery machine) i noticed the green on it isn't a million miles away from the Fantasia Green the Lupo came in.As i don't have any access or knowhow about phtoshopping, does anyone fancy having a go at a Mystery Machine loop?
  8. Eaaaaasy tiger lol style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

  10. Thats a cool lookin old/retro ride!Is it yours?I remember seeing one of these on the web somewhere slammed and i have to say it looked kinda cool in a weird way.Is that one original?
  11. Nice one.Fancy getting a set for next year along with a luggage rack!!
  12. Sweet looking motor mate.I too like the kinda retro feel of your motor with the teardrop alloys.Plus the ride height is bang on imo.Nice ride. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="thumbup.gif" />
  13. I know some may say this aint exactly "styling" but can anyone tell me how much it is for a set of genuine Lupo roofbars? cheers style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  14. The idea of GTI power really appeals to me.My only concern is that i don't imagine engines will be too regularly available as neither of the cars is extremely common let alone accident damaged donor vehicles. Does anyone know if a complete car/loom is needed or any other complications there might be??

  16. Was toying with the idea of getting rid of the loop but have decided to stick with veedubs cos anything else just aint the sme for me. I'm gonna have to stick with my 1.4s for a bit so i'm wondering if anyone has had any experience or ideas about tuning this model?I appreciate they probably aren't as tuneable as the 100bhp model. Any ideas peeps?? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  17. As much as i love it i'm thinkin of selling my Lupo.Do any of you guys know roughly how much i should expect for it?I'll be asking the salesmen at my work also but would like a second opinion.Details are as follows. 2001-Y V.W Lupo 1.4s (factory standard) I'm it's second owner Full V.W service history (except the last service carried out by my work,a Fiat dealer, using genuine parts) just under 17,000 miles No dents or dings other than the paint being chipped of the edge of the n/s door moulding (not me!),a chip on the drivers door on the lip the outer scrape seal sits on (some careless f**ker in Asdas car park with a Mondeo which now has it's n/s mirror hanging off it) and a few stone chips on the front bumper. Interior is mint, still has it's original v.w floor mats from when it was new. Only reason i'm thinking of selling is due to spotting a few bigger engined motors around for sale.If it won't be worth my while i'll just keep it. Cheers for any input guys style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":coffee:" border="0" alt="coffee.gif" />
  18. what is the best thing to use to bring up the black plastic bits? I use Autoglym Instant Show Shine. It's an aerosol you can use all over the car as a quick detailer but i find it works really well on black plastic. It dries really well and covers without leaving streaks/patches and it lasts really well.Plus because it dries completely it doesn't attract dust etc like some of the gel type products. I like to use: (all Autoglym) Bodywork Conditioner Super Resin Polish Glass Polish Super Gloss Polish Instant Show Shine Instant tyre Dressing
  19. Looks like good fun was had by all, nice one.I ain't been in there in ages.I work on the other side of the industrial estate to it.

  22. I got a flat on the way over which took an age to change as i had to try and move my sub box and amp to access the spare.I turned up at 2pm going by my cars clock (5mins fast) and nobody was there.I assumed you were going to go karting in Edinburgh as no one had said otherwise.Tried to find but couldn't so ended up back at home.
