Lupo3L

It resets the consumption indicator. Nothing to do with CruiseControl. I don't think they came with CC from the factory, if you want to use original parts, you need to flash the computer & replace the indicator stalk and rewire a few things. That is a problem more 3L's have had. A new pipe and mine was good to go again. Once you have removed the old pipe, look in the part that remains. This is the EGR and might need cleaning aswell.

80% of the parts are specially designed for this model. Like the GTI's its a 6E type Lupo, not a 6X like the normal ones.

Only the 3L seats are different. (Alu frame's and lighter runners)

Love the car Over here GTI's all have climate control, as part of the GTI-package. Must be able to get lots of parts from Germany sinds they have lots of GTI's there.

Indeed, it is. The splitter is in the middle but the end need to be slightly reshaped on boths ends to fit the shape of the bumper. If i have the time this happens this weekend. It is, only normally its unpainted.

3L There are also ESP switsches.

Completly painted the bumpers this week also fitted a cupra-r spoiler: No more cheap plastic!

The models from 2002 and newer came with the normal boot's to make the 3L better in corners. For that same reason they put the battery in the back. The older alu/magnesium boot is 4,5 kg lighter than the normal once. The FSI came with a alu/mag boot like the 3L, but had a small spoiler on it. may look better on the GTI This German Lupo & Arosa site has a whole list of stuff in your GTI and the weights of each item.

Tnx all. The lever, surround and A pillars are all standard. I liked all the thing that the 3L is different from the normal lupo's. That was one of the reasons to get it. Just gonna do small changes to it. It needs to drive 1500 km/week.
