Orange5
I have been looking through the posts trying to find a wheel cleaning product that you can just basically spray on and then rinse off, then hey presto the wheels are clean . I love my wheels to bits but they are a pain in the rear to clean with loads of fiddly bits. I find It takes me so much longer to clean my wheels than it does the whole of my car. Does anybody know of such a product, or has used a product like I described. I have yet to try snow foam on my car, would this work on alloys? Defcon5
Got a pressure washer?A hosepipe won't shift much, I use wonder wheels but you still need to wipe the muck off, unless you pressure wash it
Pete91
As above really but I use bilberry wheel cleaner. Works ridiculously well especially when using a pressure washer too

Orange5
Thanks for your replies guys. I haven't got a pressure washer but my dad has, so I think I will borrow his and try the Bilberry wheel cleaner to see how I get on with it. Silver!
I found it excellent, also Autglym Custom Wheel Cleaner kit is good, but it doesn't change colour. Comes with a brush and cloth in a box, but you obviously pay for it.
Huw Pugh
I use bilberry on the daily and it's great. Be careful if you wear glasses though, it can affect the coating on the lens.
Defcon5
Yeah it's a strong alkali - people think that because its not acidic it's safe, but its just as damaging if not used properly
