Koop
8J ET10:Doable, you'll want rolled arches though. And the fronts will poke more.
Silver!
ET43+ 20mm spacers; giving ET23 with 6.5x15 and 195\45 tyres just catch the arch on unrolled arches. Have a play at "www.willtheyfit.com". Rolled arches and stretch tyres will proably see ET10 OK on the rear. Not so sure on the front. jonboy89
That site is pretty awesome, learn something new every day! They seem to be okay...just a hell of a lot of poke!Any ideas how much to get my arches rolled?
Koop
Usually about 30 quid a corner, or you can hire an arch roller and have a crack yourself.
jonboy89
just looked at a few YouTube videos of it and am pretty confident in my ability to balls that up. archenemy will do it for £130 quid which doesnt sound all that bad compared to what you were saying Koop.On a side note, what do you think of the wheels themselves? RossB
Here's mine...15x8 rears, ET3, 165/50 tyres, -4 degrees camber. One side rubs, the other doesn't.
jonboy89
Which side rubs, drivers side? So if I have et0 I will need less tuck/camber? Albeit not by a lot...
RossB
Yeah drivers side rubs. ET0 will poke 3mm more than mine so if anything you would need more camber. 165/50's are a must, possibly even 165/45 Nankang's. 15x8 ET0 is a mega aggressive fitment basically, and you'd have no chance on the front as the fronts poke more, which is why I run 15x7.5 fronts. jonboy89
Doesn't sound too much hassle, just getting the camber right, seems from what your saying I would be better off going for the et10 version. Only available in 8j though...
