Make: Volkswagen

Model: Lupo GTI 52 plate Raven Blue

MOT: Dec 2012

TAX: April 2012

Engine size: 1.6

Fuel type: Petrol

The time has come to sell my little friend Lui Lupo, unfortunately I'm planning to replace him with a diesel auto - needs must.. The car is in good condition and has been well looked after in the last 5 years, he will be sorely missed :-(

He is pictured with some 928 wheels on, however these are not included in the sale - he will be sold with the standard bathurst's which are in good condition

Picking out the key bits from the service history we have.

Last oil and filter service was on the 16 July 2011 @ VW @ 132000 miles. Previous oil changes at 125k Sep 2010, 120k May 2010, 100k Jun 2009, 83k Jul 2008, 75k Feb 2008, 48k Jun 2006, ??k Apr 2005, 21k Apr 2004, 14k Nov 2003, 7k Jun 2003.

Cambelt changes have all been done at VW.

1st @48k in 2006

2nd @83k in 2008

3rd @120k in 2010

Recently we've had

New front pads @ 134893, new radiator @ 126205 and new clutch @ 125557

As you can see the car has had fresh oil, clutch and cambelt all in recent history.

Overall Description:

In very good condition – a really strong runner with plenty of kick from the 125 BHP engine. This Lupo has the superior 6 speed gearbox so you’ll always have the right gear to hand.

I bought the car at 48k and since then 90% of the mileage is motorway miles (up and down the M1 mainly!)

As you can see from the pictures the colour is the really nice Raven Blue. Currently there is 136k on the clock and its no longer being used for my journeys to and from work so its not going up any. It has Xenon's Headlights, which if you haven’t had before you’ll certainly notice the difference driving at night. Other features include a split rear seat to help easily increase boot size. I’ve kept it mainly either undercover or in a garage over the course of my ownership. The interior is in very good condition. There are two working keys and it is alarmed. You get the usual Electric Windows and Heated Wing Mirrors.

As you'd expect for the miles there are stone chips to the mirrors, lower front bumper and a couple to the passenger wing. There's a chip in the windscreen, although it's been filled and has just gone through the MoT no problem at all. The AC currently doesn’t work and there looks to be a small bit of bubbling on the passenger sill underneath the paint, behind the door, although you have to be looking for it to notice it with the usual rippled underseal effect you get along the sills. The rear washer pipe looks to be leaking a bit, although this seems to be common on them (there is a fix detailed on the club lupo website), I’ve just never done it as I tended to wash it when it needed it. The boot lock doesn't work with the key, although central locking is fine. (Been like this since I got it, over 5 years now and it's never been a problem to me.)

The Modifications include:

KW Variant 1's Coilover suspension, ride height adjustable. The original suspension can be included with sale also. It has a BMC Air filter and a Scorpion full exhaust system. Sounds sporty without being overpowering. It has Lupo GTI sill trims on both door kicks.

For the finishing touch the A15 LUP number plates on the car are being included.

Location: East Sussex

Priced to reflect condition and genuine reason for sale: £2645 ono

We are not looking to take a PX

Please PM me if interested or call 07792 544319 .

Thanks!

I've seen this car a few times and can honestly say that it looks awesome! Good luck with the sale!

Fancy swapping your suspension for mine (and some cash your way obviously)?

C'mon someone must want my little loop!

The miles are still the same as I'm using a different car as my daily!

I really don't wanna part ex, I would much rather he go to a vw lover!

I'm really in need of a new car, as my commute is 90miles a day hence the higher mileage!

We have tried to budget in keeping him, but we just can't stretch to it!

Feel free to ask any questions!

Al :)
