For sale is my much loved Lupo Sport.

I've owned this car for 2 years now and its been a brilliant car. It literally took me months to find this car as i was after one with lots of history and standard. Apart from the usual maintenance the only 3 things i have had to do are - replace the thermostat, replace a little bit in the door lock, replace the exhaust due to valve rusting off on the exhaust. Pretty good if you ask me!

The delivery date of the car was 27/03/01. The car was It has full service history as follows -

23/03/02 - 6548 - VW

02/04/03 - 13598 - VW

02/04/04 - 20251 - VW

17/03/05 - 27255 - VW

08/04/06 - 31902 - VW

08/05/07 - 35563 - SEAT

25/10/07 - 44383 - VW

25/04/08 - 53843 - SEAT

19/09/08 - 63661 - VW

30/04/09 - 73129 - SEAT

15/11/09 - 79400 - P.A. Grant Motor Repairs

25/09/10 - 91114 - P.A. Grant Motor Repairs

Cambelt and tensioners changed at 87625. The service at 91114 consisted of, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid change, spark plugs, 5/30 long life oil (good stuff). The current millage is 99067. It will go up about 100 miles though as i dont get my new car for a few days and this is a daily.

Modifications -

Body

  • Handle deleted off boot - Audi A8 boot button in rear bin to open boot via popper, looks very OEM.
  • Archs rolled ready for new wheels.
  • Above average paint. Its not perfect (dont expect a show car) but its quite good for a 10 year old car, get plenty of compliments on it! Great shine on it.
  • Earlier this year i had the boot, rear bumper, petrol flap, wing mirrors and bonnet sprayed at Stylehaus. This is also where the boot and archs were done.
  • After all the spray work I had the car machine polished

Engine

  • Engine itself is totally standard.
  • Lots of paper work and past 5 MOT's.
  • Scorpian cat-back system. This was fitted due to the car needing a new exhaust. Its got a nice sound to it, doesn't sound like a saxo. (£450 inc fitting)

Chassis

  • AP Coilovers. Bought new from Awesome GTI 22/03/10 (£400). They were put on and laser aligned (£100) at the hight fitted, which they have been left at. This car has never been ran low.
  • Standard sport wheels with Toyo tyres all round. Loads of life in rears, fronts have a couple of thousand left atleast.

Interior

  • GTI seats and door cards.
  • Black plastics.
  • Focal components (165 A1 i think they're called) in factory locations, Alpine amp under drivers seat. All new wiring and sound proofing in doors.

Bad points -

  • Front two wheels bearings need changing. This will be done before the sale.
  • Due a service, noting major though as the last one was quite big.
  • Paints not show paint, but it is good!

Thats all i can think of at the moment. Reason for sale is i collect my 59 plate A3 on Tuesday :D

Its not quite ready yet as I still need to collect my new car and get the wheel bearings change.

Located in Northampton, about 5 minutes from J16 on the M1.

Price is £2500 dead. No P/X.

Any questions please ask.

Cheers,

Marcus
