mat.m.
A Steam cleaner works very well at removing 'gunk'Work on a small area at a timeAvoid getting 'soap' near the aux belt and rollersMeg's Super Degreaser is a very good product to useHope that helps
marcusgrant
i found it easier with no front end, other find it even easier with no engine in!Tardis is a good product i found from removing all the dirt, sure others will agree
rosiearosa
Tardis or APC should do it. Highly recommend steam. Have known a mate just snowfoam an enginebay before now! Not sure you'd get away with that on summat modern tho.......
Defcon5
Cover the electrics with plastic bags, and spray all the connections you can see with WD40 before and after cleaning. Dont use a pressure washer
Big Jase
Instead of wd40 use some dielectric grease! Available from maplins i just hosed my engine bay at the weekend
marcusgrant
surely just hosing it does f all? the dirt and grime in the chassis legs needs a proper good scrub
