JamesU
Park Inn, try there. Spoke to a really helpful woman earlier today, she told me if i booked online it'd be cheaper; so i did. She told me then to call her back up to make sure its all gone through right and she can get me the exact room i want (Online it said i wanted twin, but instead wanted a double)Its cost £37 for the night in a double without breakfast. Competitive rates as other hotels around wanted £150ish!!Its a 2min walk from the shopping centre, and a 5-10 min walk from where UD is. REDLooP
As above, gray's which is a little closer is around £52 with breakfast i've been told. And we have odd spare ones left at the onsite hotels, they are £68 (due to being 20second walk from the halls)
Clairey Fairy
You do get what you pay for though - i stayed in the Park the first year i ever went to UD. My bed only had 2 functional legs, the 3rd was on at a 45deg angle and the 4th was completely missing
