Defcon5
Is it just when the box is cold or all the time?

Defcon5
The box on my Sport is really stiff when its very cold, to the point where you really have to push down to get it in reverse. Its fine after 30 secs though

Defcon5
http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=33400&hl=pedal%20box%20thread&st=0The pedal box it a metal bracket that all your pedals attach to, and pivot on. There is a weak weld on the part the clutch cable pivots on, and it breaks, causing the clutch to stop working properly as when you press the pedal to doesnt move the cable properly
