Hi, just to put up some pictures of the car, its nothing out of the ordinary, completly standard :)

Poor pictures as they were taken from my phone. (Dont have the luxury of having a decent camera)

Loving the drive and feel of this car.

First this im going to get done is that awesome red trim for the gill.. Then some silver sill covers with GTI in red.

Then I need a proper alarm system with proximity sensors.

Gonna have to wait a longgg time till im able to get coilovers. Ah well. =D

Regards, saq.

Just get some lowering springs, makes a massive difference.

Are those the numbers from Lost in you signature??

Springs will make my shocks bottom out? I'd rather wait to get the proper thing, I had bad experiences changing just the springs on my previous car.

And yeah, lol. Lost!

i bought my GTI about 6 months ago for 7500 and that was with 32k on the clock a 54 plate and all the extra factory options, there is a GTI at a VW garage near me with 42k on the clock with no extras and of the same year for 8000 grand!

Wow 8k! I hope mine holds its value.

Nope no wirewool, bought a 10 pack of yellow cloths for £1 at my local pound shop, used one to work the autosol into the metal to get rid of the grime/dirt/blackness/whatever and used another to clean it all off. I was tempted to use wirewool but thought that might damage the finish (tiny scratches and all)

All you need is autosol and a cloth :)
