bossjohnc
Naughty naughty...Out of interest, how long does the ban last for - I take it it's not as long as the points are valid?!

milanio
I'm paying £2,400 a year on a 1.4 16V Lupo and that policy was started when i was 20! The joys of living in Northern Ireland.
DanGTI
****ing hell, all that money on insurance.
milanio
I'm afraid so, started driving at 17 but was on my mums insurance until i was 20, so as soon as i took it under my own name the previous 3 years were rendered invalid! When i renew in jan i will be renewing as a 21 yr old with hopefully 1 yr NCB and i will be looking at about £ 1,700.
DanGTI
i thought my first ever car insurance of £900 was steep. I cant imagine paying over £1500 just to insure a car.
