Jowey Posted April 5, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2009 Oh man the 1.4s really is a bag full of poop.Engine code: AUAPedal box is on its way (but seems to be lasting well)Gear box pinion bearing is now solved (no more whining)Gear box linkages; mainly when moving the stick forward and backwards are still stupidly stiff. No jokes 2 hand gear change requiredI also have a huge blow-by problem. The air box and throttle body are constantly getting splattered with engine oilthe engine isn't over filled so i can only assume this is probably worn piston rings .. is this another common problem ? so I have all the Cliche Lup-aids..what next..
