A group of us then set upon the engien bay of my lupo making my self a cheap forced air induction kit after tieding up and takin her a wee blast (which sounds amazing). We head off to out local hang outs me and 2 8s in my sport n my other m8s plus my gf in steves zetec s. Cruising along we come to the first bit of daul carrige way now steves' Zs used to kick my ass so i thought lets c if my 25 quid inductionkit with my own custome air feed makes a diff and hell yeah it does the 2 of us stick wing wirror to wing mirror. Any hows later on that night we leave strathy park and head into glasgow for a cruise about ,we need to find a bog for the missus. So we come to a big rounda bout in eastkilbride windows down i tell steve the garage i worked in has one wel'll go their so we pull of together ( bearin in mind toget to the garage u go left ) its a big round about so as im about to start steering to the left BANG steve decided to go straight :shock: :shock: :shock: he swerves left i swerve right to burly back roudnt the rounda about. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":evil:" border="0" alt="evil.gif" /> get out and my wings dented but no cracked paint etc so shud jus pop out take a look at steves ford and the full driver side is ****ed wing,door,quarter pannel the lot. Just glad every one is ok and we're lucky we wernt bloomin' about at the time too or it cud have been alot worse!! so does any one know of a scrappy with a passenger side wing? paulbin Posted June 28, 2004 Report Share Posted June 28, 2004 well today i heard that a friend of a friend had a nice ford escort turbo that he rebuilt the engine himself, and sprayed up, it look a nice car, but anyway the other night he was driving down the road at about 70mph, and he said 'something was in the road' so he turned to move and it all locked up and he flipped it over 3 times and totally ****ed all the car up, they ended up picking pieces of glass from his head as he went through the windscreen, well the worst bit of the story is that he cant get anything from the insurance because it ran out about a week earlier.
