L119 UPO
I thought it needed mixing with some kind of alcohol/spirit

Rich
you can use normal cooking sunflower oil, you can use the stuff after it's been in friers, you just have to use the right filters to remove all the crap from it.
L119 UPO
to make the oil combustable ?Nah someting about keeping things from getting clogged up, although i suppose it would be ok if you mixed it in with regular diesel. Rich
I know, the combustable thing was sarcasm the clogging all depends on the filtration and the tank is to enable the right viscosity due to the ambient temp of the oil. IDGM
A small amount of alcohol thins the oil out a bit, but beware! You must pay duty on it.Use a B30 mix in winter (a bit cheaper than normal derv) and a B100 mix in summer (lots cheaper and no duty)
