Heated seats not working

I have recently purchased a Lupo GTI which has the whole black leather interior including heated seats. There are dials in the middle to change the seat warmth and I have checked there are wires coming from the dials and the seat. All seems well apart from the fact there is no fuse in the heated seat spot in the bottom right, as there is for some reason, no connector behind it. I can’t figure out why this would be, is the fuse somewhere else, is the fuse box from a gti that didn’t come with heated seats?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

That can be checked by multimeter, find heated seat plug, measure voltage, if it is alright check if the heated seat pad is fine by measuring ohms.

hi iv got an issue with my seats not heating up what should the voltage read and witch wires to go off as i think theres 4 on the plug and also what are the omhs suppose to read and do you read them when the seat is plugged in or unplugged thanks

Heated seat is basically just a long wire which heats up when attached to low voltage electricity. You just read what ever ohms you have and then check if that is not too much. The heated seats should have to 14V on full power. The plug connected or not connected dont change anything.
