  1. 60mm for best looks. Any less just isnt low enough.
  2. lookin much better think I might do this when fitting mine! Did u adjust it yourself?
  3. defo stick at it! Im doin a MEng at Strathclyde Uni and know how u feel! when u qualify, remember it wont just be engineering companies that will want to employ you. Just because your doing engineering doesnt mean u will end up in that field! now stop whining and get on with it! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Good Luck
  4. have u tried amping the fronts to hear how good they sound? I was about to replace my fronts but after amping them up and sound proofing the doors I feel they are good enough!

    Tinted windows

I thought the legal limit was no tints whatsoever on the front??
  6. I'd forgotten how good this forum is! Thanks for all your help folks. I do run them soft sometimes will need to check them more regularly as suggested. Although I do think the Toyos have softer side walls, obv. the combination of low pressure and this has led to the tyre wear. Not going to use them anymore, one is flat anyway so going to move onto a new set of Yokohomas give them a try. Thanks again.
  7. thanks for comments folks - I think you could be right, I have sometimes (not intentionally) driven with soft tyres. Ok, so do you all think they are still legal and safe to drive? thanks
  8. Had the camber set ages ago when I fitted the springs, however the alignment is defo out. Is this normal tyre wear for Toyos ie the tread on both the outer sides wears down first before the "V" in the middle?? Has the alignment got to do with it or is it just my driving? Thanks border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> This one isnt as bad - but its getting there:- border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />
  9. thanks for your comments so far guys! hope someone comes along who has used them! cheers
  10. anyone used these tyres before or heard if they are any good?? cheers
  11. i was looking for an air filter for my car, think the K&N is one of the only ones that will completely fit the 1L engine. U could fit most types with a little work - like fixing the breather pipes so oil doesnt spatter everywhere, and running a cold air breather pipe from the front grill...
  12. from google - "ET is the German abbreviation for "Einpreßtiefe" which translates to offset"
  13. that looks like a class meet! i love the black arosa with the full ms-designs kit, some very stunning cars!
  14. think cycling on main roads is dangerous, not sure if cars and cycles can really share the roads the way things are atm.
  15. haha just printed one off...
  16. yer the tennis game rocks, think iv spent most of my time in uni playing it!
  17. how have all the fife lot adjusted their camber etc?
  18. yes u lucky ****** it looks fantastic made me really want to fit mine!
  19. any ideas? think it may be the charger that is doing it, not the actual ciggy lighter loom. Its a samsung d900 genuine in-car charger... cheers!

    Lowering Arosa

save for coilies! unless u are happy with spending around 200 on springs & fitting, then replacing them with coilies a year later! even 45mm springs still have a substantial gap and the ride is ****.
  21. just seen this post not been on here in ages! would advise against the lester grill - 75£ for cheapy black plastic, doesn't even come assembled!
  22. craig I'd book it into the garage. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
