Aswell as my arosa i have a 1999 Seat ibiza 1.4 it has been stood for a while and when i came to use it obviously dead battery so i replaced that and now it would start but then came back to use it and dead again if i use the jump leads then obviously fine it starts but turn the engine off and nothing again anyone any ideas whats broken on it ??????????????????????????????? cheers Ollie

So which plugs should i go for i am confused there are so many different one didnt think they couldmake such a difference lol

Sorted a service out for the arosa and swapped the plugs and the bloke at gsf gave me bosch spark plugs have heard people saying do not fit them which ones should i got for and what is the reason for not fitting the bosch ones? Many thanks Ollie

yup i dont feel any los in power or anything not the the 1.0l has much anyways and checked all the exhaust and thats all fine wondered if it is comon for sensors to go or anything?

Hi Just wondering if anyone had same problem as when started car tonight the exhaust emissions light came on and has stayed on just wondering if anyone has had this and what the problem was and what is best way to go around sorting it many thanks ollie

car looked bad ass tonight up on bochum parkway in sheffield

so me being a bit stupid they woldnt fit right

seen some mg tf alloys theat look a bit cool Anyone any ideas if they will fit they are only 15" just wanting to know if they are the same pcd and simiar offset and would i need new spigot rings

TRIUMPHANT got it off this morning Used my strap filter wrench and my filter socket that slots over the end and it still wouldnt budge so ended up putting a screwdriver threw it and trying and it bent the screwdriver so i put my plumbing 1000mm long 22mm drill bit through it and that did the trick lol Turned out that they had not put any oil around the seal so it had like welded itself to the engine So everyone i worked out best tool after all the proper filter tools is a 1000mm long 22mm wide drill bit was the only thing that budged it I am going to proper kick off at the dealers today they were the ones who did the last service and i wasnt happy then so i am going to voice my disust at their workmanship Cheers for the replies Ollie
