Yes mate! Yeah, Andy was saying you wanted to drop the car 60-70mm ish so you'd be much better off with coilovers anyway as a 70mm drop on just springs, or even springs/shocks isn't gona be a very good ride!

Sounds like a Plan! Which springs is it you're collecting? Cambridge Tail lights?
-
Correct, They will only fit with GTI / Sport / TDI hubs. Be careful as some sellers may tell you they'll fit just to get another bidder or to get a sale.

EPC lamp on lupo???
AwesomeAl replied to strangeplains's topic in Car Care, Maintenance and Mechanical
You'd be best to get the car plugged into VAGCOM. This will give you an error code and a description of any underlying faults. Unfortunately the EPC light can come on for a massive number of reasons so is not worth doing a guess job. -
I has a Pipewerx Sleave...

We used to do quite a lot with ABT but unfortunately over the last year the guys we were importing them through have become a little bit sketchy. Giving us a "Delivered Price" then charging us Three times or more what they'd originally quoted for delivery. All this said and done we are currently not importing ABT Parts. Stuff was also taking 3-4 weeks to arrive which is a bit of a downer, especially when people wanted things for a deadline to get cars prepared for shows! I did however see one of these for sale a short while ago on eBay so it may just be wise keeping an eye on there! Hope that helps :-)

AP Coilovers are the best coilovers you can get for under £400. There are many other cheep brands out there, but none come close to AP's in terms of Comfort and quality! Squared threads make them easy to adjust, even after they've been caked in road grime for a year. They even come with a Two year Warranty! Plenty of people on here have bought and used the AP Coilovers with nothing but praise and good words about them so far! AP Coilovers - £376.15 delivered!

And we've got them on the shelf And if there's any problems you know exactly where to find me!

Nice one. I'm afraid the rolling road will only be open for demonstrations. We're anticipating heck of a lot of people turning up. We would only be able to do about 15 throughout the day so it wouldn't really be fair on anyone who wants to go on the rollers and doesn't get on. Cheers, Al.

I'm afraid not. Unfortunately body modification / repair is one of the very few things that we don't actually get involved with! As far as I recall, Car Cosmetics in Trafford park will be able to carry out this procedure. Give them a ring on: 0161 872 5335 and see if they can do it

Yeah, It should be a good one! We've all spent the past few days stripping down the workshop cleaning everything up and spruceing up the showroom a little. and making up price labels for all the items!

We look forward to see you all on the day Cheers, AL
