Yeah but around town its pooey!

I get about 35 mpg from my 1.4s 75 bhp with standard steelies..that is appauling I change gears at 2000 rpm and do not brake or accelerate harshly!

What is there to cleaning it? All I did on my polo was remove it and scrub etc..

Cheers! Yeh I think I will do that in June too..after uni final year exams!! What paint colour would I use? I want it to bend in with the body..also after lowerage will paint the caps the same colour.

Gave the Lupo a wash today after a few months!! Will be lowering it in June I think..

Hi Guys, Had a problem with the temperature gauge on my car ever since I have owned in. It is a 2000 Lupo 1.4s 75 bhp. When I am driving along the gauge would just drop from the middle (cannot remember the number) to the bottom..usually when this happens I get some funny smell in the car. The engine is still hot, it seems like a loose connection or something. Any suggestions? I have read about dodgy temperature senders, could this be the problem? Also instructions for fixing would be good too Thanks, Irfan

Hi Guys, As above, when you fit coilovers what do you transfer for the stock Lupo ones to the coilies (most likely PhilJ's)? I have read about top mounts but not much else, can anybody comfirm a list please? Thanks, Irfan

Why not use the adjusters? Are those the things prone to siezing if not oil and waxed etc...

Haha! Are you going to use a 6N2 manifold and bend it? I have not seen any specifically made for the Lupo apart from GTI ones I think..

How long do you ahve to hold the hair drier over the section you are lifting? Tried it on my polo before and it never heated up! What should you notice when it is ready to pull it off? Is there a smell or nay visual elements? Thanks!
