  2. are you talking about the original air feed mate?
  3. mortgage underwriter for one of uk's leading banks. Basically I just sit on my a** all day and do some typing!
  4. lol fair enough! I work with the guy that owns it, it looks much better in reality. It is a very well built car and drives like a beast! No time or money has been spared with the car, but I can see why it isnt to everybody's taste, im more into the euro look myself. Does sound good though L119 UPO: The vents are to help keep the engine cool, not to look good, hes in the process of mounting a dual air intake to the supercharger & is going to need as much cold air as poss!
  5. Love this car, the supercharger is almost the same size as the engine! http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2640189 Fuzzy
  6. Try http://www.venommotorsport.com/shop/index.html they have a few exhausts. As far as I know the GTI back box will fit the sport...but I could be wrong!
  7. I suppose i was just lucky, cloning the mac address means that the router now is acting as the original pc that VM was set up on, you will be able to connect however many computers, xbox's etc you want. In my experience with cheap and cheerful routers, they do all the work for you, just a simple look and follow the manual
  8. Fitted my BMC the other week, its probably not as professionall as the set up's some of you guys have, but with my little knowledge i think i did ok! Anyways, here is....
  9. I have an oldskool belkin wireless router but i use it wired as well. within the settings which you get to by typing the routers ip address (should be in the manual) normally something like 192.168.2.1 through internet explorer. Then you go into the settings and have a quick look around, word of advice...dont change anything your not sure of cos it can lead to worse problems. You should have an option to clone the MAC address, or change the mac address. You need to have it connected to the original computer connected to VM to clone. If you can type in the MAC address this can be found on the network card....some other guys may know other ways to get it, i cant think off the top of my head. If you have the option to clone it will do it all for you and the router will be able to connect to all computers & provide an internet connection.
  10. You are right, virgin do lock down to one mac address. Just get yourself a cable router & clone the mac address of the original pc. They usually come with pre installed tools to do this. I have been doing this since the best broadband was 512mb! Its never let me down, i play my xbox 360 and download music etc on my laptop at the same time. If you guys need any more help just drop me a pm id be happy to help! P.S i also have virgin media had it wen it was telewest ) Hope this helps! Fuzz
  11. Is possible mate tbh, i suppose it depends on the driver round local roads rather than the power!
  12. Quality car mate! Would love to see the performance on it when its done! You'll have it spinning in circles on the spot!
  13. Sweet, cheers for your reply mate! Think im gonna go for the longer hose!
  14. I bought a sport a few months ago, you do have to be quite far up the rev's for it to give max power, and they are definately not as quick as the GTI's. Saying that, compared to some other hatches the sport is fantastic! Some retard in a fiesta zetec-s, was giving it to me the other day, so i floored it in second and he did not like the fact i pulled away from him! haha! Also a mate of mine has a seat ibiza cupra 180bhp, Ive always lost in races but the little loop always put up a good fight! I think for what you pay the sport is a bargain little hatch!
  15. Hi guys & girls, Fitted my BMC last week & was advised to buy a crankshaft breather filter, which I also fitted. I'm getting alot of fumes coming from the engine bay through the breather, I had the idea of maybe moving it so its facing downwards... Any one got any advice? I'm not a mechanic so knowing me i've probably just done something completely wrong! Cheers, Fuzz
  16. Sounds like your suspension mate, cant remember what i had to have replaced on my old car but i had that problem when i pulled away quick!
  17. Cheers mate, just bought both on your site, look forward to recieving them shortly! Hopefully by saturday! Thanks for all your help guys!

  19. just took som pics of the bits, sorry about the crappy quality only a cheap camera! again, any help much appreciated! wanted to get the bits before, otherwise ill have to walk 4 miles to the nearest halfords!
  20. cheers mate, ive got the filter itself, the crappy cold air ducting, a harness some other random clips to hold the cold air feed, and a reducer think its from 70mm to 65mm theres also a few other bits but i dont think they are relevant.... Sorry im being a bit brief im at work and dont have the stuff with me! Any help or advice will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance, Fuzz
  21. Hi guys and girls! Firstly ill start by apologising as im sure im not the first person to ask about this topic! I recieved my CDA today and to be honest dont have a clue about fitting it! Ive fitted K&N's before on different cars, which come with instructions so they are nice and easy, but i keep seeing messages people have left saying BMC dont supply all the required kit to get the job done..... Can anybody shed some light on this for me? and if you guys could get me some pics during installation i would greatly appreciate it! Just dont want to do a bodge job! Thanks in advance, Fuzz
