  1. My headlight bulb went today so I shall do a bit of investigating whilst I sort that - Thanks
  2. Both my headlight keep steaming up. I was advised to drive round everywhere with my headlights on to help dry them out but it's just not working. Anyone got any advice they can offer??
  3. NNNNOOOOOOO!!! I was really hoping that this would have sorted it.
  4. I always knew my car would start as he loves me - Honest
  5. New switches arrived on Friday and I fitted them yesterday and I now have working windows!! Now to sort my interior light
  6. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Number-109-ECU-Fuel-Pump-Relay-Audi-Skoda-Seat-Diesel-357-906-381-A-357906381A-/171236977827?hash=item27de84eca3:g:tIMAAOxyVaBS9A95 This is the one I got.
  7. Venom Motorsports. Had two sets off them now (owned the car for 9 years). Brilliant customer service and very good prices.
  8. I had a similar issue with my Arosa. I would be driving along and the car would lose all power (not ideal when you are doing 90 in the outside lane ), I would pull over and wait about 5 mins and then it would start again. If I tried starting it straight away the car would make an horrendous judder and allsorts of lights would come up. This started off as an intermittent problem which ended up happening every other day. I got the lads at the garage to plug it into the diagnostics machine and it came back with no codes So I turned to my best pal Google. After finding people with exactly the same issue I would read the thread and they didn't have answer . The lads at the garage said it was most likely my fuel pump but I'm a cheap skate and had read somewhere about 109 relay (fuel relay). Got myself one ordered from eBay (about £9 delivered) and fitted it. Absolutely no issues since. I took apart the old relay and at first glance it looked fine but after a closer inspection it was slightly corroded inside. It's definitely worth a try to see whether it will fix your problem.
  9. God no. £20.45 each switch.
  10. Just got a price from TPS for the switches, bearing in mind that essentially i'll need 3 as they come single units and I have just been quoted £20.45 plus vat I nearly fell out of my chair!!
  11. Eventually got round to taking the switches out and they are water damaged and I have realised that my interior light isn't working now too! Did a bit of googling and it would appear that this has been affected by the water as well. Thanks for you wise words of wisdom guys.
  12. As we all know the electric switches on the Arosa are a little temperamental at the best of times but I am now at the end of my tether Had the car valeted just before Christmas and since then my passenger window opens when I drive over any little bump. I have tried my best to dry the car out and it seemed to make it a lot better. But over the last few days its just opening for fun. Am I going to need a new switch or will it eventually just dry out and behave?
  13. I have just been told about a rolling road happening this weekend at ADE Tuning near Blackburn. It is Unphased who are organising it. I might bob down and check it out
