There are quite a few Lupo/Arosas down on a Wednesday nights now... I'm getting a bit bored of it though! ....Speaking of Corsas, has anyone seen 'the lesbians'? Hahaha.

48 000 miles on it when I got it, now there's 59 000 and I've only had it since November. I use my car too much!

I have these Neutrodol pot things, they're not really for a car but I can't have the ones that smell really strong - it'd do my head in! I have one either side in the holders next to the back seats.

Well done! I was so chuffed when I passed - learning to drive has been one of the best things I've done, I don't think you can appreciated the freedom that it gives you until you can drive. I suppose I have my moments like most other people, but whenever I am tempted to speed I think about the days when I had to get the bus in the cold and how I wouldn't want to go back to that if I ended up crashing my car! I don't know if that helps at all for when you're driving but... there you go!

I too feel your pain! A few months ago I decided to take a short cut through Ragworth (it's in the North East if anyone hasn't heard of it), which is one of the *worst* areas you could go to be honest.... & I actually had a brick thrown at the side of my car! So when I rang the police the operator said that she wouldn't be able to send anyone out as I wouldn't be able to identify which one threw the brick... and that even though I'd said that they were all drinking underage, I had no proof that they were underage and that they actually had alcohol in their cans. It's an absolute piss take, they were clearly about 14 drinking cans and causing trouble. I also got a crime number given to me, just in case i wanted to claim off MY insurance and a victim support letter through. Whey! I suppose it pisses me off the most because I never used to hang around the streets causing trouble when I was younger and I'm always so careful with my car when I park it places etc. Its jealousy if you ask me - having something that other people can't afford with their dole money. I do realise that I am being very stereotypical in saying that, and I know that there are some alright people who don't abuse the system but I'm sure you all know where I'm coming from. Rant over.

....Anyone from here going? I hope I'm alright driving there... my Lupo sounds like it should really have an extra gear when I get up to 70! I went last year but couldn't drive back then so it'll be a bit different this time. Pro plus on the ready for the journey back! This is all =)

Colin g, are you able to post a picture of the grill after you've fitted it so I can see what it's like? I've wanted that VW one I just think £100's abit too much, so I'd like to see what the £35 one is like. Just in general... does anyone know how to go about getting the grill painted to match your car? Not the mesh bit but the plastic frame? Thanks!
