could possibly be a missfire, but i would imagine you would know if it was, might want to do one spark plug at a time unplug ht lead unscrew the spark plug plug it back into the ht lead and rest it on the bare block (metal) get a friend to try it and see if it sparks try this for all the spark plugs, while you have each one out it me be worth just giving them a clean with a wire brush or somthing

how do you remove the oil breather pipe from the rear of the engine?? also has anyone got a part code for a oil breather pipe
-
so in a nut shell i need a new breather pipe and then the codes reset ??? yeahh mine has started rasping the past couple of weeks, i put it down to a loose heat shield
-
scrap yard or use wet and dry on them for a brushed steel effect
-
so i tried to remove the breather pipe with great failure, that plastic connector seemed to have two tabs which looked like if you popped them off it would come out, no look there the box that it connects too seems to have 3 or 4 Allan key bolts which where seized so squeezed it like a frube to get the most out of it runs smoother not at much smoking but still there

going to give my breather a good clean tonight see if i can get it off ill post up if there is any difference

i think i had the same problem im not 100% but this is my take the you have the front of the hub which goes inside the bearing and then the bearing and the hub go inside the rear hub to create the hub assembly so i took mine appart to replace the bearing and pressed a new bearing in as, like you couldnt find the hub and bearing together, anyways i did this and when i put the hub inside the bearing i noticed there was still play in it, and this is what i thing your referring too the hub shaft where the splines are was worn so was slightly small for the bearing. i put it back together with the new bearing about 3 months ago and now the bearing is shot again no surprise to solve this you need a new hub and bearing i have been searching high and wide for one new and they are just no where im thinking i might have to head down to the scrap yard and buy a second hand one which has no play in it hope this helps a liitle
