40mm doesn't really work matey, in fact it makes the car still look stock height. If you go 60mm you could run the standard shocks but over time they would get battered. Coilovers you cant go wrong with...

195/50's would make baby jesus cry. Go for 165/50 mate it's a 6 inch wheel so they sit perfectly !

Depends on how low you go? Being springs i'd imagine maximum 60mm so probably 16's or 15's with balloon tyres
