Nothing new on this apart from new pictures... My savings are coming along nicely towards a mk2 Leon Cupra, should have enough money by the end of the year it won't be for a while yet but what do people think I will get for this when I sell it ? It's got about 91k on the clock now, FSH, and in very good condition for its age... They don't come up all that often so it's hard to compare and get an idea of value... Anyway here are a fair few pics, I got a machine polisher just before Christmas last year so I have her a good polish and partial correction My first ever attempt at 'light painting' And my most recent set of pics And that's about it it's seriously tempting to buy coilovers with all this money floating around I must say !!

I played with shadows around the front bumper but couldn't get it to look right so I gave up and left it lol, does look a little odd. Cheers both of you tho, I really like how it looks on those wheels, just wish I had the funds to make it a reality haha. Been playing about with this one tonight, tried a few different things just experimenting and getting used to photoshop tbh

Nice arosa mate, mine started very similar to that :-) not much differentt now really but noticably different lol. What engines in it ? Great find with only 36k on the clock too ! My insurance wanted £400 for me to lower mine they take the biscuit

Lol cheers Jared Haha the bugs return the day after washing every time as I have to fly down the dually to work every day according to my dad 'flies avoid you up to 70mph anything over that they get splatted....' utter bull if you ask me... I never do over 70... Honest Dubmeister plates will be coming eventually I haven't announced it on here but Ive decided to save my money up now for a Leon FR 2.0 TDi in a couple of years time so I'm not really doing much else to this :/

It's filthy ATM ! Hasn't been cleaned for over a week I'm ashamed of myself lol... They're DRLs not fogs, and once I'd found my ignition live they were a piece of cake, I'd imagine fogs to be a bit more difficult tho

I've sorted it now, for anyone whos interested or may need to know in the future, inside the car it's the thick black one next ti the yellow and red cables you can see in the picture above and in the engine bay it becomes slightly narrower/thinner black cable and is found in the wiring harness/loom that comes through the bulk head on the passenger side.

Pffft I don't think I'm gonna bother tbh !! Sounds too much like hard work I'll just wait for a set of recaros to come up close enough to home ! I have no idea where the switch is tbh I assume on the seat but can't say for sure

Hmmm decisions decisions ! These ain't no ordinary golf seats if I can find someone to swap the sub bases over then I wouldn't need to worry about them being electric would I because the handle for sliding is part of the base is that right ? Cheers for your help btw mate

Yeah they're fully electric, slidy bits and all lol. You reckon it would be possible to swap the subframes over then rather than go to the effort and cost of having the electrics wired up... I'm sure I can find someone to weld them for me

Hope you don't mind but I'm hijacking your thread Will ANY mk4 golf seats for in the lupo/arosa ? I'm assuming all the sub-bases/runners are the same... And also has anybody had electrically operated seats fitted/wired up ? I've found some really nice mk4 golf seats but they are electrically operated and I don't wanna buy them and find it can't be done Or is very expensive Cheers
