Been on here a while but not really posted anything. I Had a raven blue lupo Gti for about 3 years which I sold to buy an Audi TT, had this a year now and miss the lupo so decided to buy myself a new one, so got myself something a little different. The TT is for sale and as soon as it goes I have a good few plans for the Lupo starting with new wheels. my Lupo Gti. 16x7.5 fit the best cos you get arch fillage yet its still drivable road clearance wise... x

where does the gti exhasut split? like how man sections is it in? it seems to just be the part between the CAT and the backbox mainly around the silencer area... if i had the silencer removed would it be alot louder? i just want it to sound raspy, sporty still x n wouldnt mind keeping the standard backbox

EDIT** I have someone who is willing to make me a custom pipe and sort it all out etc but with my car being decked has asked me to take it all off and give it too him n he will weld it up etc then give me it back... is the GTi exhast a hard thing to remove from the CAT back over? what would be the best way to go about doing this? will need to do it tonight ta My exhaust had dropped so had a look under the car and the centre section seems to have cracked and in another place Aswel, would it be a case of getting a new pipe welded in Maybie with the centre box removed or on the gti is this all connected together! Would you a. Get it's fixed I possible or b get a CAT back stainless fitted? Advice would be great and on where the best place to get a cat back fitted would be around the northeast and what backbone to use. Bit useless at stuff like this just after the best / cheapest option Regards Jord x

i honestly dont know.. a mate of mine bought them off ebay and i bought them off him and got sprayed black. they are 16x7.5 all around and seem to be genuine vw.

Hello everyone. ive had my Lupo GTi for about 1.5years now. thought id join up as im having a couple of issues with it at the minute but also find the site quite entertaining to flick through so going to stick around im going to cumbriaVAG at the weekend so might see a few of you there if any of you are going Jord

ah so the bulb has probably blown? so this will be affecting the locks too the microswitch? how will i fix this? easy to locate? regards

My lupo gti standard exhaust has dropped and gone slighty wonky. what needs to be done to correct this? is it a simple job such as just changing a few exhaust rubbers? thanks x

Sat in the house the other day and my alarm started going off. opened the doors and the alarm was going off to say i had left my lights on (this has never worked before) since then ^^ my keyfob unlocks the car but wont lock it. and the interior light is always on, and the controls for the heaters etc have no lights :l also somethiign else to point out is that my amp fuses have blown and when i replaced them they blew straight away... any help appreciated. x
