Is it just a case of pulling it away? it seemed to somehow be connected to the cam belt gearing ? What torque should the 5mm allen bolts that secure it down be tightened to? Thanks - Andrew

Don't get the oil from a dealer! check the spec of the dealer oil and get the same as but cheaper from any motor shop! i changed mine not so long ago its pretty easy, pm me if you have any problems!
