Dickysweets Posted June 23, 2014 Report Share Posted June 23, 2014 Hi all, just joined here and having grief from my main beam display light on my dash board. All other symbols light up but not the full beam. It's failed the MOT on it so need to get it fixes ASAP. Can any help or has anyone experienced the same problem? Do I need to take the instrument cluster out (and how)? Or is it simply a bulb gone. I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine. Any help much appreciated and thanks in advance. mattarosa Posted June 23, 2014 Report Share Posted June 23, 2014 I think they're all surface mounted diodes, if you're handy with a soldering iron and can get hold of some you should be able to fix it, temporary you put some other clocks in, get it through its mot and swap back after repairing or leave the new clocks in noting milage change in your log book.
