loepan Posted December 2, 2012 Report Share Posted December 2, 2012 Hi all, not really one for build threads so ill keep it short, any questions the answers are all ready somewhere on the forum :-)So been vdubbin for a while and moved to the coast so no longer required my old motor:Got a type 19 on the go too:Anyway, looked at getting a nice cheap runaround which I can throw a board on the roof to go surfing so here it is and what I've done: enjoy!As I got it:Tdi lupo de-badged:De-stripped not got all the glue off in this one!Got some steelies and got em banded 7.5j front 8j rears then had them shot blasted and powder coated white! Which is a biatch to keep clean!At a wet wooly where I now resideThere it is anyway, few more things to do will probably get some rare alloys for summer,as low as it can practically be around these areas!
