after all that was done i thought i should go up and see the poor other car that gave me its face, went up to the shed, opened the door and found this

Nice looking Lupo :) With those handle inserts were they glued on or do they just clip on? I'm guessing glued but not sure.

Thanks

They are just clipped on :) theres we marks on mine where i had to get them out, but have to sand them down after anyway :)

Nice looking Lupo you have here! :) I'm going to take my time and sort my handles out at some point! It's just having the time to do it! ha

thank you, im so glad i did mine, it makes the car look so much cleaner on the inside, it didnt take me too long to do them, was mkre difficult getting the handles off!

The main bit of the handle?

There are two screws under the newly painted blue bit, then essentially you just pull the whole door card off and the handles come out by un-clipping them from the back. (I just used a flat head screwdriver)

see i was doing this, but didn't want to put too much force into it cause it felt like it was about to break..

You have to yank it pretty hard! Hahaha (Thats what he said..) The clips holding the doorcard in are the little white plastic ones that hold pretty much everything together in there.. It doesn't matter if one or two break, but you have to pull them hard to get them off.

Sorry for annoying your thread!

Nice looking loop!!

Right so, getting extremly bored with how the car looks. i need more ideas of things to do as i have no money :( going to change the gear stick + gater to the 1.4 one as i think it looks alot nicer, was thinking about the pop out windows, but decided it makes the car look unneat "/ not too sure about taking off the rub strips, but it doesnt look right untill the car is lower :( and i cant go lower untill i save miney or find aload of fat people i can just keep in my car :( ideas will be greatly appreciated :) thanks
