glued - use heat from a heat gun or a hair dryer to get the tar softer and easier to work with then just be gentle and slow. it does take time and effort though. i had a blister on each thumb by the time i was finished. You can buy 'sticky stuff remover' from halfords (i think) which people seem to find useful though i havent used it myself.

tar stuffs not to good on side strips mate did mine today took ages, i used petrol for the left over glue but peeled it off mostly first, didnt really want to use petrol though but it was fine :)
