Defcon5 Posted January 4, 2012 Report Share Posted January 4, 2012 Given that it hasnt left you at the side of the motorway in a huge cloud of steam, I would concur with Rich and say its the thermostat rather than something more sinister such as the water pump.They cost about £20, bet its cost you 10 times that in extra fuel in the last 3 months!Does it get up to temp if you leave it idling after driving it?
