Central exhast

Possible in theory but a lot of work & you'd probably have to lose the spare wheel - Sports have a space saver & GTIs just a can of goo!

To do it properly you would have to get gti rear quarter panels cut yours off and weld on. Then either reduce the depth of the wheel well and get that all welded up. Right chew on I'd imagine! I think the sport bumper is a straight fit mind, other than the wheel well problem that is. I'm not 100% on the sport bumper so dont quote me on it.

Sport bumper is a straight fit (mine used to have one for no particular reason which is now for sale :plug:) & as peterfearn has indicated if you get a custom exhaust built you can probably squeeze it in. The OEM lupo centre exhausts are out though if you don't wanna cut up the wheel well.

I've got the rieger back bumper on my 1.0 with a centre exhaust. I just took it to an exhaust specialist and they fitted one on and replaced the back box without having to make any adjustments to the wheel well or anything :D

got any pictures of your back bumper with central exhast? how much did it cost to do it all? cheers bosss
