Landroverwolf
HiIve got a 1 lite lupo with about 60000 miles on. Quite recently when it is started in the morning usually the tickover goes up and down from about 750 revs to about 1100 and then back down to 750 about once a second. When the car is warm it still does it slightly but not as pronounced.any ideas
Defcon5
Does your temp guage work properly? If it does, I would be eyeing up the EGR valve
lupo_jack
I had this problem for ages and then eventually my car started to judder wilst driving and lost power. So i took into garage and i got my coolant temperatue sensor, spark plugs, ht lead set and ignition coil pack changed and the idle problem also stopped lol

Defcon5
Lupos use a pressure sensor rather than the hot wire, so you cant really have an air leak after it!My Sport occasionally runs like a heap of crap, and it is always the EGR valve.
