Long shot - Do you recognise these wheels?

My bodyshop found these tucked away in the corner. These poor guys have sniffed a bit too much thinners over the years and can't make out any makers marks etc - Any ideas to make / model?

Offset looks Huuuuugggeee. Apparently came off a Mk3 Golf.

They need a good blast and re-paint...but we have no idea of their origin.

ive seen thhem on cars before but have no idea, antares come to mind but as i said not sure

I remember seeing these back in the '90s on various VAG and Benz - I've had a good google-trawl but can't find anything.

Fake.

Not sure yet. The edges don't look smooth enough to be a cast one-piece, but you never know.

I'm at the B-shop tomorrow so hope to find out more. I'm sure there are model/size numbers etc that the sprayers have missed.

It looks like an Estoril gone a bit wrong.

I like em :)

Estoril / OZ Opera / Teledials - All gone more than a bit wrong

I don't think you're wrong...but they're freebies and can't argue with that.

Can't decide if they'll look okay on, certainly different, guess it all depends on condition and whether they'll blast-up okay ready to take some deep paint.

Look like Allessio they were an italian wheel Co around back in the early/mid 90's had a few sets in stock like this when i worked for a VW specialist back then always looked very smart on Corrado's s/b silver paint in middle polished lip like RH cups they are a split rim look alloy, no pics on google iamges they were a rare wheel as allessio were very expensive in their day.

Hope that helps although they are similar in design to another style that I think Mim made at around the same time, my money is on allessio though
