Deadmetal
They'll fit fine. I ran 15x7 et40 all round before spacer on the rear and they where fine. You might need to space them out a little' if you're low on the front, mine now rub on the inside of the arch on full lock.Oh, and get them in the green. Deadmetal
With the width and offset 195/45 will be fine. Its what I run on mine.

AlexTRea
Will that make them stretched ?
scotty_82
More so on the 7's than the 6.5s, for obvious reasons .on 7shttp://www.tyrestretch.com/7_165_50_R15/on 6,5http://www.tyrestretch.com/6.5_165_50_R15/
AlexTRea
Aye I'm after the 7s. Not 100% keen on the whole stretching the tyre idea. What happens to road holding/give in the tyre if your driving hard?
jamiea7x
With being stretched there's less give in the sidewall
Deadmetal
Less flex yes, but also less contact patch. This is the space I have with 195/45 15x7 and rolled arches. This is with et
AlexTRea
Right so if I got 195/45 on 7j an et40 I should be alright? Are you running adjuststers in or out?
jamiea7x
Less flex yes, but also less contact patch. This is try!, but a decent 165 will more than likely grip better than a budget 195so tyre brand must be part of the equation too
Deadmetal
@Alex, the above pics are without adjusters@Jamie, I fully agree, but 195 arnt alot more money than 165s. The price diff for the same tyre is no more than £10. I suppose its just personal prefrance and down to how hard you drive your car.
AlexTRea
Ah you see I have adjusters in ATM. Gonna get 15s then see how it is then. So guessing with adjusters in I won't get any scrubbing? Ah you see I have adjusters in ATM. Gonna get 15s then see how it is then. So guessing with adjusters in I won't get any scrubbing? Deadmetal
Go for the dished version?15x7 et 20, so 165 tyres and a bit of arch rolling = winning
