I've connected it to the battery and to the remote power but it still drains my battery. Anyone had problems like this before?? Any advice is welcome!! Ben™ Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 This will be down to the remote cable not working properly.The remote ensures when the ignition turns off the amp (and or) sub turns off also and does not rinse the battery.Check everything & if it still doesn't work come back, I have a few more ideas what it could possibly be Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Pete91 Posted June 22, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Hey, sorry for the rediculously late reply!!Problem finally solved, the issue was that the jvc head unit that i had recommended the power connections be switched to match the vw resulting in the remote power being on constantly.
