jabbles21 Posted September 23, 2010 Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 Just managed to get my Clarion headunit back, after having to send it back because of a faulty CD Mech. And now the radio doesn't pick up radio stations!I bought an ariel connector from halfords *ahem* which fits and clicks in properly at the back of the headunit, but the radio still wont connect. I tried the standard headunit again and that works fine so it must be the adaptor connection or my new headunit?Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Cheers, Gilly. _AJ_ Posted September 25, 2010 Report Share Posted September 25, 2010 (edited) I've got this problem on my double din, same with buying the booster adaptor...I figured out if I move the wires around it finds and picks up some stations but when I put the unit back into the 'hole' the reception failed. I'm going to get it sorted when I get all the audio put in....I reckon lots of others would have suffered with this problem - maybe google it or ring a local motormania shop, I brought all my audio for my last car from there and they are really helpful.
