M4T VW
The "For your friends who already have SkyYou can give three friends or family members, who already have Sky TV but don’t yet have Sky+HD, a free Sky+HD box with free standard set up when they take the HD Pack." offer is a standard deal they are going at the moment.I have a Sky+ box upstairs but they want to charge me another £10 a month to upgrade that to HD...On top of the £10 for the HD pack im already paying downstairs and on top of the £10 i pay for the extra box anyway! M4T VW
Is there much difference between the Sky+ and the HD+ box? As have been told that Sky HD is not full HD.Sky are stopping production of the standard sky+ box, This is why they are doing deals on +HD boxes. They are only going to supply a normal box as a multiroom one..Sky HD is not Full HD correct, Its only 1080i. But unless you have a trained eye (Which i dont) you wont notice a difference.I dont think it will ever be full HD, 3D TV will be here before that!Movies and sports still look awesome in 1080i mind, Also with 5.1 sound
