kmurphy
Simple answer, yes. There are a few cars running them and look good.MarkCheers Mark, I just thought the arches on the GTI stuck out more, meaning the alloys on the Lupo E would be sticking out. Would the alloys catch the inner arches would you know? Thanks.
pro3mark
But the offsets are slightly smaller, they shouldn't catch other than when all the way down, on the fullest of locks.
99hjhm
The Bathursts look a little lost on a GTI with the wider arches. Nice on a std Lupo
s2000king
I had some on my 1.0E and they look really good, make it look meaner in a way and they don't stick out of the arches and don't rub anywhere either, but you might get a few problems if you do some extreme lowering.Cheers, James. Shteee
GTi wide track on a non GTi with Bathursts FTW !!
Philplop
Yeah, GTI's have a wider track, so the wheels sit further in on a non-GTI. They'll go on no bother. How is yours now Shteee? Does it scrub now it's low on coils? I know Rich had to take the lowering springs off it and put the standard suspension on when he converted it. The wheels looked very pokey on it. Mike_M
As mentioned above
Shteee
I currently have it on coilovers with no adjusters in the back and reasonably low on the front. If i even have 1 passenger in the front then the rear will occasionally scrub but not much. The front only ever catches the arches under hard cornering. Il get some sideways view pics up if i get round to it
