I have put the standard alloys back on for now as i fancied a change, and i have managed to acquire some lower rear springs thanks to Electricpanda. VinnyGTI Posted September 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 Just a little update.Got the wheels painted red, erm.. the quality wasn't all that good.I then found these for £35All got refurbished at Cas Coatings in Eccleshill, Bradford.FittedI also stripped out the rear and fitted a rear ARB from Awesome. Going to get the metal bit sprayed the same as the rest of the wheel and the plastic bit either red or silver, depending on which will look better.standerd Bathursts on a lowerd gti make the car look perfect! Looks much better now the backs down too Thanks, I thought that too, i just fancied something different so i got the sprayed red, against my better judgment, and wasn't impressed by the quality.I found the beemer wheels from this garage where i went to sort out my sisters car.
