BenLAST Posted July 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 Whole system came out yesterday to source the interferance problem on the speakers.Wow. What a bodge, is all i can say. Batteries in the boot were wedged in with a bit of wood and rachet strapped. Sub box wasn't even securred down, just resting there, found 2x RCA's, both cut, under the sub box doing nothing. And the wiring? Jesus. About an extra 10ft of RCA tucked under the box, ALL power cables running right next to the RCA's to the front of the car and speakers cable running with them. Havn't actually seen an instal as badly done if i'm to be honest.Spent the whole day re-routing everything. Power has now been moved to the middle of the car, annd speaker and RCA's have been moved away from this, re routed everything on the face of the box to make the amps look as tidy as possible, tried new RCA's while we was there, but still got interferance.
