Your going to hate me even more now.I have a few issues, which look like they will force me not to make it this weekend, which im gutted about.My charger is having issues with over heating (body is reaching 180C)and belt slip, its due to the proximity of the charger to the exhaust so i need to raise it a bit and put in a heat mat. This is why im loosing a considerable ammount of boost. Im also looking to water cool the charger now (yes gay and fancy)The car is fine, and pulls like a tain still.... untill it gets in to traffic where the intercooler cannot work, and causes the charge air to increase to a temperature that starts to exaporate the fuel, causing it to stall..... Oh how i love these projects.I will sort this but untill then i cant do any long journeys where i know i could well be getting in to traffic.John Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
