Tigz™ Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 Can anyone conferm something for me please.There is a Lupo for sale on a forecort near me, with "Turbo Diesal" writed on the windscreen, but when I went to look it said SDi on the back.I have always thought that the Lupo had two diesal engines, 1.4 TDand a 1.7 non turbo.Is this correct?I really cant see this being a Turbo and want to challange the guy who owns it.Any thoughts before I do? mickyp Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 thats correct..i had a tdi before and that was 1.4..the sdi is a 1.7 standard diesel.i think in germany they do a 1.0 tubo diesel that does 90mpg but ive never seen one in this country.
